We Are Undefeatable

Inclusive, accessible movement from the We Are Undefeatable campaign — with videos and resources to help you move in ways that work for you.

We Are Undefeatable is a national campaign created to support people with a range of long-term health conditions to move more in a way that works for them.

Backed by 15 leading charities and funded by Sport England and The National Lottery, the campaign offers real-life inspiration, practical tips, and accessible exercise routines that recognise the ups and downs of daily life with a health condition.

Whether you want to build more movement into your day, try something new, or stay active during a flare-up, the We Are Undefeatable resources are designed to support you — on good days and tough days.
